BEFORE YOUR DAY AT SEA
Booking information.
Aquila Chartering arranges private, skippered boat experiences from the Athens Riviera. Your request starts a conversation; it does not reserve a boat or take a payment.
From request to confirmation
- Choose your experience, boat, preferred date and departure area, then send your details.
- We confirm availability, a suitable boat, route and your final offer personally.
- After you approve the offer, a €200 deposit secures your booking. Ask us to confirm the balance deadline before payment.
Your price and inclusions
Starting prices are indicative. The total depends on the boat, date, duration, route and departure arrangements. Your personal offer confirms the full price, taxes, skipper, fuel and any extras before you decide.
Route pages list the usual inclusions. Lunch, purchases ashore and hotel transfers should be treated as separate unless your offer includes them. Towels are not provided.
Departure and hotel transfers
You can request Lagonisi, Varkiza or Glyfada as your preferred departure area. The exact marina is confirmed with your selected boat and itinerary. A hotel pickup is a separate transfer request: include your hotel or area in your notes.
The right boat for your group
Give us the number of guests, excluding the skipper, and tell us if shaded seating, a toilet or easy water access is essential. Axopar 25 accommodates up to 8 guests. Grand G750, Ribco 29 and Ribco 30 each accommodate up to 10 guests. These limits exclude crew. We confirm facilities and the boat's suitability in your offer. An alternative boat may be arranged through our charter network.
Weather, changes and cancellations
If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather, all amounts paid are refunded in full. If weather or sea conditions affect the route, we contact you to discuss the options. For cancellations requested by you or for other reasons, ask us to confirm the applicable terms in writing before paying.
This page explains the request process. Your individual offer must set out the cancellation, refund and payment conditions that apply to your charter.
